The European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education is publishing legislation updates for 2017. This document presents information on new legislation – laws and policies – for special needs and/or inclusive education that has been introduced in Agency member countries in recent years. Information is available for the following nine countries: Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, United Kingdom (Scotland) and United Kingdom (Wales).
